Comments recently received after guests have stayed.
I stayed
at Heworth Guest House 14th/15th
March. I chose it because of the
extensive, well laid out and
easy to use web-site, which
promised a quality experience
and it certainly lived up to
that promise. Sue and Chris are
very friendly and welcoming and
on being shown round I
particularly liked with the cosy
guest lounge where you can help
yourself to coffee or tea at any
time of day or night. It felt as
if you were invited into a home,
rather than just your own
individual room. In a nutshell,
read the website, look at the
photos and you get everything
promised. Everything was
immaculately clean and fresh,
nothing too much trouble
(dietary needs etc). I will
certainly stay again if I am in
York and would recommend it
unreservedly.
