Chris & Sue look forward to welcoming you to their York Bed & Breakfast which is a family run Guesthouse
although not direct in the very centre of York we are 0.9 of a mile which is
approximately a 12-15 minutes walk to York City Centre (parliament street).
We do not have private car parking but our guests are able to use Free No
Restriction
Street Car Parking. All bedrooms have a Colour TV, Tea / Coffee & Drinking Chocolate. Room 6 is a ground floor room
with a zip & link Super-king bed. Rooms 1 & 3 have king-size beds
& larger than standard shower cubicles. York Train Station is approximately 5 minutes via
taxi (approx £7.00). Most Credit/Debit cards accepted.
There is a regular
Bus
Service
to the City Centre, York University, Monks Cross and the Railway Station. York University is
located approximately a 5 minutes car drive away.

There is an i-pod docking station, hair dryer, fan, a complimentary tray with tea, coffee, drinking chocolate & a biscuit. Each room is hard wired for the internet or there is also free wi-fi. The heating is centrally controlled but each radiator has is own thermostat.
Room 3
This Superior Room has a king-size. The modern en-suite has a larger than standard shower cubicle, (1000 * 800), basin & wc. The Tv is a wall mounted 26" with built in Freeview. There is a drinks cooler, i-pod docking station, hair dryer, fan, a complimentary tray with tea, coffee, drinking chocolate & a biscuit. Each room is hard wired for the internet or there is also free wi-fi. The heating is centrally controlled but each radiator has is own thermostat.

Guests Lounge
The guests lounge is available to use 24/7.There is a mini fridge in with fresh milk for the guest's to help themselves to for their tea or coffee.
