The tariff varies from £32.00 - £50.00 pp pn
depending on room type, length of stay, etc.
Our Double Rooms will be let at a reduced rate for Single Occupancy but at busy
times I am
afraid its not possible to reduce the price by much.
En-suite rooms have their own bathrooms.
Double rooms have a 4.5ft bed.
Twin rooms have 2 separate beds.
Superior rooms have a (king-size bed) 5ft bed.
Family rooms have either 2 or 3 separate beds.
Room 2 is up 2 flights of stairs.
Room 6 is on the ground floor & has a zip & link Super-king bed.
Room 1 has a large 1200 x 800 shower.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit required is the first nights tariff which can be be made by cheque
or cash.
Alternately a pre-authorization against a credit/debit card can be made to cover
the first nights tariff.
There does need to be cleared funds on the Credit/Debit Card because they will
go into the banks holding
account for 3-5 days, they
are only taken off the card if cancellations are
made, which are not within
the terms of our cancellation policy.
14 days notice of cancellation required for a return or non taking of deposit
from the credit/debit card.
If a 2 night or more booking is made on a weekend & either 0 or 1 night is taken by the guest
they will be liable
to pay for 2 nights if re-letting of their room/s is not made.
If a 3 night booking is made on a bank holiday weekend & either 0 nights or only 1 or 2 night/s
are
taken
by the guest
they will be liable to pay for the night/s not taken if re-letting of their room/s
is not made.
If full payment is made at the time of booking a refund is not possible unless
we are able
to re-let the rooms.
There is a 3% surcharge for payment by credit/debit card.
