The tariff varies from £32.00 - £45.00 pp pn
depending on room type, length of stay, etc.
En-suite rooms have their own bathrooms.
Double rooms have a 4.5ft bed.
Twin rooms have 2 separate beds.
Superior rooms have a (king-size bed) 5ft bed.
Family rooms have either 2 or 3 separate beds.
Room 2 is up 2 flights of stairs.
Room 6 is on the ground floor.
Room 1 has a large 1200 x 800 shower.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit required is the first nights tariff which can be be made by cheque
or cash.
Alternately an authorization against a credit/debit card can be made to cover
the first nights tariff.
Monies are not taken off the card at the time of booking (authorized only), they
are only taken off the card if cancellations are
made, which are not within the terms of our cancellation policy.
14 days notice of cancellation required for a return or non taking of deposit
from the credit/debit card.
If a 2 night or more booking is made on a weekend & either 0 or 1 night is taken by the guest
they will be liable
to pay for 2 nights if re-letting of their room/s is not made.
If a 3 night booking is made on a bank holiday weekend & only 1 or 2 night/s is
taken by the guest
they will be liable to pay for the night/s not taken if re-letting of their room
is not made.
If full payment is made at the time of booking a refund is not possible unless
we are able
to re-let the rooms.
There is a 3% surcharge for payment by credit/debit card.
