Chris and Sue look forward to welcoming you to their Bed and Breakfast in York which is a family run Guest House. Although not in the centre of York our B&B is only 0.9 of a mile away from York City Centre (Parliament Street). All bedrooms have wall mounted LCD TV with built in Freeview. Each room also has complementary Tea, Coffee and Drinking Chocolate. Room 6, on the ground floor has a king size bed. Room 1 has king size bed and Room 3 has a Super King bed and both rooms 1 and 3 have larger than standard shower cubicles. Most Credit/Debit cards accepted. Each bedroom has is own radiator thermostat so you may turn your room heating on and off as you like. York Train Station is approximately 7 minutes (1.6 miles) by taxi (approx £8.00). There is also a Bus service from the Train Station to a stop opposite our front door. There is a regular Bus Service to the City Centre, York University, Monks Cross and the Railway Station. York University is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The guest house is fully non smoking. The bedrooms are hard wired for internet connectivity. We do not accommodate children under 3 years of age.
We do not have private car parking however our guests are able to use Free No Restriction Street Car Parking.
There is Free wi-fi throughout the house.

A Generous Full English, (egg/s of your choice, 3 rashers of bacon, sausage/s, mushrooms, fresh or tinned tomato, hash brown and baked beans).
Vegetarian (egg/s of your choice, leek and cheese sausage/s, mushrooms, fresh or tinned tomato's, hash brown and baked beans).
Coeliac Breakfast (same as the Full English but with a gluten free sausage).
White Tiger bread, Granary or Gluten free toast is also offered with your breakfast.
All breakfasts are cooked to order.
If you don't fancy a full breakfast you could have a bacon or sausage butty/ a grilled cheese sandwich/ poached, fried or scrambled egg on toast/ beans on toast or similar.
While your breakfast is been prepared you may help yourself to fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit juice and a selection of cereals.
